QCL-80 Bottle washing machine
This innovative machine features a vertical drum structure, employing a sophisticated transmission network to guide bottles through a series of precise steps. Bottles are seamlessly introduced via a screw mechanism, delicately gripped by mechanical arms, flipped, and smoothly rotated. The washing operation is executed with precision, utilizing reswing nozzles and tracking movements for effective cleaning. In the inverted position, bottles undergo alternate water injections, complemented by cutting-edge ultrasonic washing for unparalleled cleaning results. Post-cleaning, the bottles are expertly maneuvered upright and conveyed onward to the sterilization oven.
