Capping Parts

Product Features
1.The ceramic plunger pump enables quantitative filling, with a variety of filling dosages and filling methods available for selection. It is resistant to acid and alkali erosion, abrasion, and high temperatures, and features high filling precision.
2.The conveying and sorting of the caps are achieved through a vibrating bowl. A clean SUS316L stainless steel bowl with a bright surface treatment is adopted, leaving no dead corners for cleaning.
3.The filling method at the head of the syringe can, to the greatest extent, remove the air inside the syringe and improve the qualified rate.
4.The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the materials are all made of SUS316L stainless steel.
5.An automatic feeding system can be optionally configured. It uses liquid level sensing and automatically replenishes materials when the material is insufficient.
