LCX100 Ultrasonic Vial Washing Machine (80-heads)
Machine Overview:
This machine, specifically designed for the sterile washing of vials used in biological vaccine production, features a vertical drum structure. It uses a screw conveyor to feed the vials, mechanical arms to grip, invert, and continuously rotate the vials during the washing process. The washing nozzles perform compound pendulum and tracking movements. In the inverted position, vials undergo alternating water and air spray cleaning, which ensures the removal of contaminants and particles, preparing the vials for the sterilization process. Additionally, the machine integrates ultrasonic cleaning technology, providing enhanced cleaning results crucial for vaccine vial preparation. The machine consists of a base, drum, screw lifting mechanism, transmission system, water pump, and filters.
After water is injected, the vials enter an ultrasonic cleaning tank for a 1-minute immersion. The screw conveyor then transfers the vials to the lifting dial, where they are gripped by the mechanical arm on the large rotating drum. The arm inverts the vials 180 degrees, positioning the bottle mouth downward for alternating water and air spray cleaning. Once the cleaning process is complete, the mechanical arm returns the vials to an upright position, and they are conveyed via a synchronous belt to the sterilization oven. This streamlined process integrates well into biological vaccine production lines, especially those involving vial filling and sterilization.
All parts in contact with the cleaning liquid are made from 304 stainless steel and non-toxic, corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring the high sanitary standards required for vaccine vial washing and sterilization. The working area is fully enclosed with transparent PC glass, preventing contamination from the external environment, which is critical in the pharmaceutical and biological vaccine industry. The machine also features terminal filters that ensure cleaning water and compressed air meet the cleanliness levels necessary for sterile vial preparation.
The machine is powered by an AC motor with variable frequency speed control and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) circuits, providing reliable, efficient, and consistent operation. The water tank has automatic temperature control, and a water level switch prevents the machine from operating without water, protecting the pump, ultrasonic cleaner, and heating elements. The water and air lines are equipped with pressure indicators, with pressure adjustable via diaphragm valves. When integrated with sterilization ovens and vaccine vial filling machines, the system can receive signals from these devices to maintain synchronization. In case of bottle jamming, the machine automatically stops, ensuring smooth operation in vaccine production lines.
