The working principle of vacuum freeze-drying machine:
The vacuum freeze dryer is designed for the modification and upgrading of existing conventional vacuum drying operations and ovens, mainly consisting of a refrigeration system and a vacuum system. Using the principle of vacuum dry explosion, the fine temperature of the material is frozen to its freezing point temperature, causing the moisture in the material to turn into ice. Then, in a higher vacuum environment, the ice is directly sublimated into a condensation gas by heating the material. Then, the water vapor condenser in the vacuum system will become a net condensation of water vapor, achieving the purpose of material dehydration and drying.
