1.Bottle Feeding Structure:The bottles are arranged by the bottle arranging machine with the bottle mouth facing up and enter the bottle clamping conveyor structure The bottle clamping structure straightens the bottles and enters the bottle feeding buffer conveyor structure after equal spacing. The bottle feeding turntable is driven by the servo motor under machine frame to drive the transmission shaft and then drive the transmission gear to operate. Ensure the synchronization of the bottle feeding turntable and the bottle discharging turntable to the phenomenon of misalignment and bottle jamming. When the photoelectric detection of no bottle shutdown detects that there is no bottle at this workstation, the whole machine stops. When the bottle arranging machine photoelectric detection detects that there is a bottle jam at this workstation, the bottle arranging stops running, and when there is no bottle this workstation, the bottle arranging automatically starts.
2.Filling structure:The servo motor (the filling volume can be adjusted on the touch screen) is used to drive the connecting rod to drive the ceramic pump for volumetric filling, ensuring the accuracy of filling. The metering pump adopts connecting rod drive, replacing the old chain drive, avoiding the problem of inaccurate meter caused by the long-term operation of the chain being stretched. The filling volume of the connecting rod drive metering pump can be adjusted as a whole, and the individual pump body can also be fine-tuned and corrected.
3.Cap Arrangement and Covering System:(4 vibratory disc cap arrangement, 2 robots with 4 heads for covering) The cap arrangement uses a universalatory disc cap arrangement, where the cap arranger automatically organizes the caps into a uniform direction and conveys them through a linear track. The covering process uses a robotic hand to pick up the caps, and then the robot hand moves horizontally to place the cap on top of the bottle mouth. During the placement process, there is guiding structure to ensure that each cap can accurately fall into the bottle mouth.
4.The cap is rotated by a robotic arm, driven by a torque servo motor, with the torque adjustable via a touch screen, suitable for different types of rotation needs.

Filling Head Structure
The filling is carried out by a single row of 4 needles (depending on the filling volume). When the bottle reaches the filling, the cylinder automatically stops the bottle, the needle head descends, waits for the filling to be completed, the needle head rises, the cylinder releases, and the is automatically sent away. The needle head is made of 316L stainless steel. The bottle-stopping cylinder is fixed on the slide rail and can be at will to adapt to the production of different bottle types and specifications.
Bottle-Out Structure
The bottles, which have been filled and capped, enter the conveyor belt through the track and are automatically transported to the next process for production actions. It is also equipped with a bottle-blocking shutdown function, which is convenient for continuous production.
