SNJF-2 Intelligent Electronic Counting Machine is made by our company using the most advanced international vibration type channel feeding, oscillator stepless speed regulation, touch screen PLC intelligent control, optical fiber sensing probe counting, system self-test, automatic stop, and other advanced technology. The machine is made of stainless steel and designed according to GMP standards, and it is a high-tech pharmaceutical counting machine. It can be bottled, boxed and bagged, especially suitable for research institutes, hospitals, new small pharmaceutical plants and health care plants.
 

This counting machine is a quasi-tabletop type counting machine with reasonable design, compact structure, easy to use and high counting efficiency. It can be widely used in the fast counting bottling for a variety of different shapes and sizes of tablets, capsules, pills, transparent soft capsules and other drugs. After-sale Services 

Installation

All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment , steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well . 
While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..

After Service

SINOPED provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period. We offer One YEARS warranty period time. 
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory . 
Consultant services all machine life.
