1. The green indicator lights up after turning on the machine, and then the two heat switches for forming and sealing moulds start to work. There are two temperature controller, one is for forming process, presetting the temperature as 100ºC; the other is for sealing process, presetting the temperature as 130ºC~140ºC. The actual setting temperature will depend on circumstances.
2. Put down the upper plate of forming mould and heat its U&D plates to a certain proper temperature, then turn on the main motor. The PVC film will be formed to blister at first, and then the blister will completely match with the holes of sealing mould. Put down the sealing mould to press on the aluminum foil, which will be transmitted to cutting mould. Note to observe the displacement of the formed PVC film in this process, if yes; adjust the height of turning shafts for aluminum foil.
3. If the aluminum deviates to left or right side, adjust it by hand wheel of roller base; if to front or back, adjust it by moving the cam box.
4. After sealing and cutting normally, switch on the feeder and open the material release plate to fill the medicines (tablet, capsule, sugar-coating) into the feeding chamber. For a few lack of material, you can add manually. If the medicines are brought into sealing mould and stick on it, it will seriously affect the synchronization. At this time, you must stop the machine to solve the problem.
