Product Description
The NJP-3800 surpasses other domestic capsule filling machines of the same kind. It not only incorporates all the functions and achieves the effects of its counterparts but also introduces five groundbreaking innovative technologies.
Firstly, the machine base structure has been enhanced, providing a more stable foundation for operation. Secondly, the turntable structure has been innovatively designed, enabling smoother and more efficient rotation during the filling process. Thirdly, the filling structure has been revamped to improve the accuracy and speed of capsule filling. Fourthly, the finished capsule export structure has been innovated, optimizing the output process and reducing potential bottlenecks. And finally, an innovative powder and defective capsule separation device has been added, which effectively separates powder and defective capsules from the final product.
These technical breakthroughs have significantly boosted the operating efficiency of the NJP-3800. It boasts an impressive capsule separation rate of 99.99% and a high finished capsule qualification rate of 99.8%. Moreover, the new machine is user-friendly, making maintenance and operation a breeze. To enhance traceability and management, it is also equipped with an operation log recording function, which accurately records all operational activities.
Features
1.The automatic control of capsule opening and locking offers both safety and convenience, ensuring a smooth and reliable operation process.
2. With the inching control system installed, the cleaning, as well as the loading and unloading of the upper and lower dies, become remarkably effortless and convenient. This system simplifies the maintenance and preparation tasks, saving time and effort. 3
3. The machine is equipped with a gate control security system and a mechanical failure security system. These systems are designed to automatically trigger an alarm and initiate a shutdown in case of any security threats or mechanical malfunctions, providing a high level of safety protection.
4.When there is a shortage of empty capsules or powder, the machine will automatically activate its alarm and shutdown functions, preventing production interruptions and potential damage caused by running out of essential materials
5. The Human-Machine Interface (HMI) is designed with a rich array of functions. During production, it can perform counting and display operations. Additionally, it has the flexibility to be connected to a printer if required. This enables the printing of important information such as the production date, lot number, and quantity, enhancing the traceability and management of the production process.
6. The shafts related to capsule absorbing, pushing, locking, and defective capsule rejecting are all sealed with a double-layer sealing ring system. The first layer of sealing utilizes Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) to effectively prevent lubricant leakage. The second layer employs an imported silicone rubber sealing ring (SIL) to stop powder from entering the bearings. This dual-sealing mechanism has successfully addressed the issues of bearing damage and shaft jamming that were previously caused by powder leakage, significantly improving the machine's reliability and lifespan.
7.The two horizontal shafts of the high-precision fully enclosed turntable are fitted with PTFE oil-free bearings. These bearings are sealed with an imported silicone rubber sealing ring (SIL) to prevent powder from infiltrating the interior of the turntable. This ensures the running accuracy of the turntable and eliminates the need for permanent maintenance and lubrication addition, reducing operational costs and complexity.
8. The plane cams operate in a double-rail mode, with the two axes running independently. This unique design not only enhances the operation accuracy but also completely eliminates the risk of collision between the lower die and the dosage disc, ensuring a stable and error-free production process.
9.The high-precision cam splitter utilizes the optical dividing head from German Zeiss. The dividing spindle is processed in one go using a CNC machine, which guarantees the accurate division of the turntable and dosage disc even during high-speed operation of the machine. This, in turn, ensures the precision of the filling process. The higher precision of the cam splitter also contributes to an extended service life of the machine, making it a more durable and reliable choice.
10.All the operating cams undergo a carburizing and quenching treatment using 20crmoti material. Subsequently, they are processed in a CNC grinding machine in one continuous operation. This meticulous manufacturing process ensures the accuracy and uniformity of the cams, which not only improves the machine's performance but also extends its service life, making it a more cost-effective investment in the long run.

Die Hole Cleaning Device

However, with the application of these technologies, the capsule loading rate is significantly enhanced, ensuring a more efficient and seamless production operation.
New Air Aspirator Base
Flexible sealing columns have been incorporated into the original air aspirator base. These flexible sealing columns possess the ability to automatically adjust the balance between the lower die and the air aspirator base. By doing so, they effectively prevent air leakage from the vacuum chamber. This prevention of air leakage plays a crucial role in enhancing the capsule separating rate, ensuring a more efficient and reliable operation of the system.
