compact design, stable and reliable running.It can automatically complete sowing, separating, filling, rejecting, lock capsule and
finished product exported and a variety of processes. Fully enclosed ten-station turntable, the module is designed in a single
row of 3 holes, becoming the first choice for hard capsule filling equipment in either hospitals or medium and small-sized

capsule filling machine is innovated and developed, with beautiful appearance, convenient operation and excellent properties, the
machine passed the CE qualification, and is welcomed by customers both from China and abroad.

1). With the integration of RU110 & RU80 high precision indexing boxes, the stability is increased, and the service life is long.
2). The second-generation full-closed turntable is adopted. The double shafts have the circular up-down movement for the
upper die, with the imported silica gel's sealing, there is less powder falling on the turntable. The double shafts have the circular
in-out movement for the down die, with the imported silica gel sealing ring, the powder hanging which is caused by the shaft's
movements are reduced, it's stable and accurate. The double shafts are easy to dismantle and clean, and there is no need to
open the turntable if the sealing ring needs to be replaced.
3). Take the lower surface of the metering tray as the base, the 3-V regulating device is adopted, which solves the out-of-shape
problem of the metering tray and the copper pad, the interval is even, the powder leakage is reduced, it's convenient to clean,
the filling volume is ensured, and this is the original creation in China.
4). With the vacuum capsules positioning & separating device, the capsules feeding rate gets to be more than 98%.
5). The capsule control switch is newly designed, and it's safer and more convenient.
6). The inching control system is convenient to operate in the production and the cleaning.
7). The module-type closed powder filling device is adopted, and it's convenient to dismantle and clean.
8). There is the automatic timing & oil filling system.
9). The 7-inch color LCD is adopted, and the machine will automatically alarm when there is lack of capsules or powder,
when there is vacuum error, or when the machine door is loosening, etc.
10). There is the secondary de-humidifying device in the filling chamber, by which the de-humidifying effect in the filling
workshop is better, and operators feel comfortable. (Optional)
11). The die's cleaning & blowing device can remove the remaining powder pasted on the die's surface and in the module
chamber, the problem that capsules are difficult to open is solved, and the capsules feeding rate is increased greatly. (Optional)
