Filling base
The filling base adopts a negative pressure design, which can suck the powder in the hole of the base through negative pressure when the equipment is running, and recycle it into the powder collector. Effectively avoid the waste and loss of the powder, and realize the secondary use of the powder.
Integrated powder inhaler
When the abnormal capsule cannot be separated normally, the medicine powder entering the hole of the lower die is directly sucked into the medicine powder recovery device by the medicine powder recovery device at the filling station, which can effectively recover the medicine powder and avoid loss and waste.
Capsule lock mechanism
The slot-type lock capsule plate has flexible adjustability and can be fine-tuned at any time without adjusting the station pull rod.
Cleaning Die Hole Device

Powder Recycler

After-sale Services
Installation
All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment , steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well .
While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..
After Service
SINOPED provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period. We offer One YEARS warranty period time.
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory .
