Product Description

SN-019 pilot laboratory spray dryer has a minimum processing capacity of 100ml and a maximum processing capacity of 5L/h. It can be used for continuous production, which is a combination of small scale and pilot test.
Principle
1. The touch screen system allows you to set the inlet air temperature, airflow, needle frequency and peristaltic pump speed.
2. Self-priming test peristaltic pump will liquid material from the material barrel through the feed pipe into the drying chamber, at the same time, the integrated compressor will be hot air through the air inlet pipe into, so that the material in the form of spray into the drying chamber.
3. When the heated air enters into the drying chamber and the atomised droplets contact with the instant drying, the dried material is collected in the collection bottle under the action of the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas generated is discharged directly through the exhaust pipe.

The highest air inlet temperature is 300ºC, which can meet the demand of ultra-high temperature drying of ceramics, catalysts and other materials, and the particle size after drying ranges from 1-100μm, which has been adopted by many ceramics enterprises and research institutes; the lowest air inlet temperature is 105ºC, which is suitable for spray drying of traditional Chinese medicines, extracts of natural substances, and materials containing sugar, etc., which will not stick to the wall when drying, and has good fluidity of the materials.
Laboratory spray dryers usually have only one cyclone separator, the recovery rate has always been a problem, even with two cyclones it is difficult to improve the recovery rate. After the engineers design upgrade, SN-019 highest recovery rate can reach 92%, which is a good improvement of the problem of low recovery rate.
The particle size of the particles dried by the traditional laboratory spray dryer is usually 1-25µm, but it can't meet the processing demand of catalysts and other large particles; using SN-019, we can obtain particles with a maximum particle size of 100µm, which is preferred for processing catalysts and other large particles of materials.
