COTTON SWAB MACHINE (MAX.SPEED: 1200PCS/MIN)

This machine is specially designed by our company for automatic cotton swab production. Using high-grade aluminum alloy frame and wrapping high-grade stainless steel, beautiful, hygienic and easy to clean. The mold is made of brass material, which is more durable and the shape of the cotton swab is more beautiful. The internal structure of the oven adopts our original design, which solves the problem of moldy bamboo sticks and wooden stick cotton swabs caused by humidity. The packaging part is automatic sorting/counting, and only one manual can be used for packaging. The control system adopts advanced Japanese technology, and uses a beautiful and practical rocker touch panel, which is easy to operate.

We have ISO9000:2015 , SGS , CE certificate.

All of our cotton swab machine are including making,drying unit and packing unit in same machine.
