Aerosol filling machine is a kind of mechanical equipment specially used for filling aerosol products. It operates through a series of precise mechanical and pne, hydraulic cooperation. First, it injects liquid materials into the pressure-resistant container of the aerosol according to the set dosage, and then fills in the appropriate prop, so that the product can rely on the pressure generated by the propellant to spray the content evenly in the form of a mist when in use. It includes a conveying system, which is responsible for accurately conveying the liquid materials to be filled; a metering system, which can accurately control the dosage of filling and ensure that the of materials in each bottle of aerosol meets the standard; a filling head part, which is the key part that directly contacts the aerosol container for filling operation and a gas filling system, which is used to fill the container with a proper amount of propellant. In addition, in order to ensure the stability and accuracy of the operation, it is equipped with corresponding control systems and support structures such as frames.
Features
1.There is a three-function aerosol can filling machine which incorporates three functions within one single unit, namely liquid filling, valve pressing, and propellant gas filling (along with a booster pump). You have the option to utilize just one or two of these functions independently as per your specific requirements.
2.The liquid filling system of this machine comes with an automatic liquid suction feature. It has the capability to fill high-viscosity media like paint, foam sealant, etc. Moreover, the amount of liquid filled can be adjusted easily.
3.The valve sealing system is equipped with high-precision sealing heads and large-capacity cylinders. Remarkably, even when the air pressure is as low as between 0.25 and 0.4 MPa, it can still ensure a high-quality sealing effect.
4.The propellant gas filling system is mainly designed for propellants. Its main sealing components are imported parts, which are corrosion-resistant and can be well-suited for various aerosol can valves.
5.The booster pump used in this machine features a large-capacity two-way boosting mechanism. Thanks to this, it not only enables a fast and accurate filling process but also effectively eliminates the gas present in the liquid raw materials.
