Our NJP-5500C fully automatic capsule filling machine is a third-generation innovative product. It not only covers all the functions and effects of domestic capsule filling machines of the same model, but also has innovative technologies. These technological innovations have greatly improved the operating efficiency, with a capsule separation rate of 99.99% and a finished capsule qualification rate of 99.8%. The new machine is easier to maintain and operate, and is well received by domestic and foreign customers. 


Features

1.The opening and locking of the capsule are fully automatically controlled, which is safe and convenient.

2. Equipped with a point-and-click control system, the upper and lower molds are easy to clean and load and unload.

3.Equipped with a door control safety system and a mechanical failure safety system, with automatic alarm and shutdown functions.

4. When the capsule is empty or the powder is insufficient, the machine will automatically alarm and shut down.

5.The human-machine interface design is rich in functions, including counting and display functions during the production process, recording operation logs, and can be connected to a printer as needed to print production date, batch number, quantity and other information.

6. The capsule sucking, capsule pushing, capsule locking, and waste capsule removal axes are sealed with two layers of sealing rings. The first layer of sealing uses nitrile rubber (NBR) to prevent lubrication loss, and the second layer of sealing uses imported silicone rubber sealing rings (SIL) to prevent powder from entering the bearing, effectively solving the problem of bearing damage and axis jamming caused by powder leakage.

7.The plane cam is operated in a double guide rail mode, and the two axes run independently, which improves the operation accuracy and eliminates the possibility of collision between the lower die and the dosage disk.

8.The working cams are all treated with i carburizing and quenching, and then processed on a grinder at one time, which ensures the accuracy and uniformity of the cams and a longer service life.

Die Hole Cleaning Device

Purified compressed air in conjunction with intermittent gas shock technology is employed to resolve the issue wherein sticky powder, characterized by strong hygroscopicity, commonly adheres to the upper and lower die holes during the production process. Such adhesion often causes the improper separation of capsules. By implementing this approach, the loading rate of capsules can be effectively enhanced.

New Air Aspirator Base


Flexible sealing columns are incorporated into the original air aspirator base. These flexible sealing columns enable the automatic adjustment of the balance between the lower die and the air aspirator base. As a result, air leakage in the vacuum chamber is prevented, thereby enhancing the capsule separating rate.
