Features
1.Automatic adjusting for the tablet weight: After all production data is set well, the powder filling volume will be automatically adjusted, and the weight difference of tablets are minimized.
2.Hydraulic system: The top/ bottom value of the hydraulic system can be set, and the liquid pressure will be stabilized within the setting.
3.Lubricating system: According to the lubricating time & requirement, the lubricating pump is automatically controlled. And according to the actual situation, the specification can be adjusted.
4.The rejecting system (Customized): There are two kinds of rejecting: For single tablet & for the batch.
5.Single-tablet rejecting: A single defective tablet can be blown into the waste channel by the blowing valve.
6.Rejecting for the batch: The solenoid valve turns the whole batch into the waste channel.
7.When the pressure is over the limit, the machine will be stopped: The main pressure will never more than the limit.
8.When a fault is occurred, the machine will be stopped automatically, and there is the alarm notification & the audible-visual alarm.

Press System

The machine adopts a twice compression forming process involving main pressure and pre-pressure, along with a construction design featuring a large pressing wheel and a five-pole frame structure. This design endows the machine with the capability to remain undeformed even under significant pressure. It enables long-term tablet pressing operations and ensures stable performance during work. Force Feeding System

The double impellers feeding system utilizes two blenders for filling the holes, which effectively ensures a high level of accuracy in minimizing the differences among tablets. The force-feeding system has the capacity to enhance the feeding efficiency. Moreover, it can effectively prevent the separation of coarse granules from fine granules.
