Also, it adopts a mechanical stop-filling device when there is a shortage of ampoule bottles. What's more, this new machine is equipped with some newly developed instruments, such as the rotation speed adjustment and digital display components. Thanks to these additions, it becomes much easier to control the rotation speed of the entire machine and quickly check the speed based on the specific performance requirements of the products being processed.Moreover, multiple filling heads have been installed at the filling work positions of this machine. Not only can it fill liquids, but it can also simultaneously fulfill the requirements of filling compressed air and nitrogen both in the front and back directions. When the whole machine is in operation, the movement of ampoule bottles in and out is smooth and stable. The product qualification rate of this machine is rather high. Consequently, these machines have found extensive applications in the filling and sealing processes of health food production, the cosmetics industry, as well as for some standard materials in scientific research departments.
