Product Description
Lodophor cap filling and sealing machine
This machine is an iodophor cap injection and assembly automation equipment. The equipment includes a host machine, a bottle vibration plate, a sponge vibration plate, and an injection machine.
It consists of bottle cap vibration plate and electronic control system. It can complete processes such as sponge assembly, liquid injection, cap fastening, defective product detection and rejection, etc.
Process overview:
1. The bottle vibration plate arranges the bottles and sends them into the main plate;
2. The main disk rotates the bottle body to the sponge pressing station, and the sponge pressing structure presses the sponge into the bottle body;
3. The main disk rotates to rotate the bottle body to the liquid injection station, and the liquid injection machine works to inject liquid according to the set parameters;
4. The main disk rotates to rotate the filled bottle body to the cap buckling station. The cap buckling structure buckles the bottle cap and presses it flat.
5. The main disk rotates to export the finished product.
6. This cycle completes the automatic assembly and liquid injection functions of the iodophor cap.
