Description of the advanced nature of automation control

2. low voltage electrical appliances use SIEMENS  and other international famous brand products;
3. Frequency converter uses SIEMENS products.
4. Turbine vortex rod adopts high precision products of Tianjin Huachang brand.
5. Bearing series all adopt NSK products imported from Japan.
6. The flushing disc is made of corrosion-resistant material with good rust and corrosion resistance.
7. Imported high-precision TEDEA-HUNTLEIGH sensor and amplifier are used in the pressure sensor acquisition and transmission system to realize real-time pressure detection and analysis. Automatically adjust the filling depth of the tablet machine to realize automatic control of tablet production. After-sale Services

Installation:

All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment, steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well. Attached was a TOOLS LIST.

While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours.
 

After Service:

SINOPED provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period. We offer TWO YEARS warranty period time.
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory. Consultant services all machine life.

Training:

SINOPED offer TRAINING for user technician and worker. The total training period would be 3~5 working days. All travel and related expensed would be at the purchaser's expense.
