At the same time, the sealed products can better show the beauty of the products and achieve a delicate and gorgeous effect. 1. The equipment adopts a human-machine interface control system. 2. The sealing mechanism adopts a servo motor lifting device, which can jog and fine-tune the rubber wheel to achieve the best effect of the sealing layer. 3. The sealing liquid tank is designed as a sealing structure and is equipped with a heating and heat preservation system to ensure the viscosity of the glue liquid and effectively extend the glue liquid cycle. 4. The finished dry curing mold adopts a hanging and free-rotating structure to effectively improve the disassembly, unloading and cleaning time.
The capsule introduction mechanism has the functions of automatic capsule guidance, optical fiber detection inside the capsule plate, and real-time control of capsule high and low positions and speed synchronization of the main machine and auxiliary machine.
The lifting glue sealing platform adopts a servo motor control system and sealed glue storage to effectively prevent the glue from volatilizing in the air. There is no insulation device inside and the temperature is adjustable to make the glue reach the best sealing state. The double-glue wheel secondary gluing technology is adopted to improve the complete sealing effect of the sealing part.
After the sealing is completed, the capsule is placed in the drying mold. During the air drying and curing process, the capsule is always in a state of facing up in the free hanging drying mold hole, making a serpentine reciprocating motion. The mold size is small, easy to clean and easy to disassemble
There are 12 equal limit rings in the finished product discharge bin. When the dry mold moves to the left and right directions of the mold, it rotates 360 degrees to output the finished product to the discharge bin. Six air blowing pipes are added to prevent the finished product from remaining in the mold.
