It serves as a pivotal metering and filling apparatus within the liquid - linked production line. Its primary functions encompass the metering - based filling of liquid bottles and the subsequent sealing of bottle caps. The machine is composed of several key subsystems: a bottle - feeding mechanism, a linear double - row filling system incorporating a stainless steel metering pump for precise filling, a simple cover conveying pipe along with an oscillator, a three (or four) knife flexible cap - crimping mechanism, and a roller type bottle collection device. The entire machine is equipped with a touch screen interface featuring a comprehensive menu with dynamic display and it is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Additionally, it incorporates frequency conversion stepless speed regulation technology. Moreover, it is equipped with intelligent functions such as the prevention of cap placement and cap crimping in the absence of bottles.

1.The machine is fully automatic and operates at a uniform speed. The glass bottle transmission and positioning device is accurate and reliable, and does not break bottles during high operation.
