1.Bottle feeding structure :Adopt conveyor belt to supply bottles automatically, ensure the supply is not missing, the width is adjustable, suitable for a variety bottle types.
2.Filling head structure:The filling machine adopts the double-row 4-needle filling method. When the bottles are conveyed to the filling position, the cylinder will automatically stop the bottles. Then, the needle heads will descend. After the filling process is completed, the needle heads will rise, and the cylinder will be released so that the bottles can be automatically sent away.The needle heads of this machine are made of 316L stainless steel, which is of high quality and excellent corrosion resistance.
3.Filling structure:The servo motor (the filling volume can be adjusted on the touch screen) is used to drive the connecting rod to drive the stainless piston pump for volumetric filling, ensuring the accuracy of filling. The metering pump adopts connecting rod drive, replacing the old chain drive, avoiding the problem of inaccurate metering caused by the long-term operation of the chain being stretched. The filling volume of the connecting rod drive metering pump can be adjusted as a whole, and the individual pump body can also be fine-tuned and corrected.
4.Bottle-out structure: The bottles that have been filled and capped are transported to the conveyor belt through the track, automatically conveyed to the next process for other actions, and are equipped with a bottle-blocking shutdown function, which is convenient for continuous production.
