Description of the advanced nature of automation control
- The main components of the electric control cabinet are imported components from abroad, PLC adopts original Siemens products, and
human-machine interface adopts siemens 10-inch series color touch screen.
2. low voltage electrical appliances use SIEMENS and S and other international famous brand products;
3. Frequency converter uses SIEMENS products.
4. Turbine vortex rod adopts high precision products of Tianjin Huachang brand.
5. Bearing series all adopt NSK products imported from Japan.
6. The flushing disc is made of corrosion-resistant material with good rust and corrosion resistance.
7. Imported high-precision TEDEA-HUNTLEIGH sensor and amplifier are used in the pressure sensor acquisition and transmission system to
realize real-time pressure detection and analysis. Automatically adjust the filling depth of the tablet machine to realize automatic control of tablet
production. At the same time, the mould damage and powder supply situation of the tablet press are monitored to play the role of safety protection.
The production cost is greatly reduced, the passing rate of the tablets is increased, and the management of one person and multiple machines is
realized.
The automatic control functions of the system are as follows:
1,Automatic adjustment of chip weight
After the production parameters are set, the system can automatically fill and increase the material according to the set value, and adjust the
material reduction to minimize the difference of tablets.
2,Automatic function of hydraulic system
Users can set the upper and lower limits of the hydraulic system, and the computer automatically stabilizes the hydraulic pressure between the
set values.
3,Automatic function of lubrication system
The system can automatically control the operation of lubricating pump according to certain parameters of lubricating time and interval, and users
can adjust this parameter according to actual needs.
4,Waste system automatic function (customization)
The system can carry out single chip automatic scrap (customization) and batch automatic elimination.
Single chip waste is used to blow a single unqualified tablet into the waste passage for the blow valve in production.
The batch scrap is automatically converted to the waste passage through the channel conversion solenoid valve, and the rejected medicines
are eliminated in batches.
5,Pressure super limit automatic stop function
It can protect the main pressure from the user defined value.
6,the fault state automatically stops, the pop-up alarm screen prompts, at the same time there is acoustooptic alarm.

After-sale Services
Installation
All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment , steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well .
While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..
After Service
SINOPED provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period. We offer One YEARS warranty period time.
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory .
