Filling base
The filling base adopts a negative pressure design, which can suck the powder in the hole of the base through negative pressure when the equipment is running, and recycle it into the powder collector. Effectively avoid the waste and loss of the powder, and realize the secondary use of the powder.
New capsule release mechanism
The new-type finished capsule discharge mechanism exclusively adopts the capsule plate design, no external air source is required when the finished capsules are discharged, and there is no dust flying during the production process. , strong permanent usability, less wear and tear.
Capsule lock mechanism
The slot-type lock capsule plate has flexible adjustability and can be fine-tuned at any time without adjusting the station pull rod.
Cleaning Die Hole Device
Purified compressed air and intermittent gas impingement technology are adopted. It solves the problem of powder sticking to the mold and improves the probability of capsule loading.
New suction seat
A soft sealing column is installed on the original suction seat, and the balance between the lower mold and the suction seat is automatically adjusted by the soft sealing column during the production process to prevent vacuum leakage and increase the rate of capsule separation.
New transmission system
Adopt the latest cam bottom transmission system, the transmission bracket runs through the top and bottom of the design, all the running cams use inner groove cams instead of honest outer cams, and the high-speed operation achieves precision, accuracy, stability and no noise.
Powder Recycler
Negative pressure technology is adopted, and the medicine powder independent shunt system is used to shunt and recycle a small amount of leaked medicine powder in the filling base and the medicine powder in the integrated medicine powder inhaler during the production process, so as to ensure that the medicine powder will not cause cross-contamination with the recycled waste capsules. The powder can be directly re-entered into the machine for production without disinfection.

After-sale Services
Installation
All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment , steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well .
While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..
After Service
SINOPED provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period. We offer One YEARS warranty period time.
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory .
