Working Principle
At the beginning, the material out of the cylinder piston is expected to remain in a position at the top of the cylinder. When the filling materials promote the am on the trip switch gas, the pneumatic valve allows the compressed air to enter the upper end of the cylinder, and the material cylinder piston moves down. When a valve is expected to open for filling, the material moves down until the piston reaches a certain position. When the disc touches the quantitative gas at the next trip switch (by the filling-conditioning control handle), the pneumatic valve changes, and the compressed air enters the lower end of the cylinder, causing the piston to move (back to the initial state). At the same time, the feed valve opens, and the material valve closes, completing one cycle at the far end of the task. The filling amount can be adjusted by the handle. Turning the handle counterclockwise increases the filling amount, and turning it clockwise reduces the filling amount.
