ZPW-19 Rotary Tablet Press

This machine is a rotary series tablet press, with high pressure, in line with GMP requirements and excellent performance. It is suitable for pressing powder and granular materials of all kinds of food, medicine and chemical industry, such as washing block, dishwashing block, cleaning effervescent tablet, chicken essence block and so on. The equipment can also be customized and designed as touch screen control according to customer requirements.

The features of this machine are as follows:
1. The outer cover is fully enclosed, made of stainless steel, and the inner table top is made of stainless steel, which can maintain the surface luster and prevent cross pollution, in line with GMP.
2.the mechanical operation can be clearly seen with a transparent protective cover. It can be fully opened for easy cleaning and maintenance.
3. The speed is stepless speed regulation, which can be adjusted arbitrarily.
4. The transmission system is sealed in the mailbox below the machine body. It is an independent component safely separated from each other, which will not pollute each other. In addition, the transmission shaft will penetrate into the lubricating oil pool, get sufficient lubrication, and reduce noise and wear.
5. The mechanical dust suction device can absorb the dust in the pressing room.
