 Vacuum emulsifying machine is an ideal option to produce high-grade skin care products, pharmacy ointment, and many other kinds of creams which need to be very soft and smooth. It has the functions of heating, mixing, scraping, rotating at different speeds and vacuum supply. It has a very wide application from cosmetics (skin cream, hair gel, lotion etc) and  food (jam, chocolate, sauces etc) to pharmacy (ointment, syrup, paste) and chemicals(painting, adhesives, detergents)

      The machine is mainly made up of oil tank, water tank, vacuum homogeneous tank (main tank), heating system, mixing system, vacuum system, electric lifting system, operation control cabinet and piping system.  


Features and Performance:

1. All tanks have 3 layers. They are all made from high quality SUS304. Internal and external surface is treated by fine polishing which is safe and good looking.

2. Complex scraping board blending oar is suitable to every kind of complicated recipe and achieve optimizing effect;
 
3. Polytetrafluroethylene scraping board cater to body of blending groove and scrape out viscosity material on boiler wall;
 
4. Homogenizer is installed on boiler bottom to increase motor power more thoroughly and strongly.  It uses advanced German technology, with unique structure. The material moves of high-speed in the multi-gap between the rotor and the stator, which forms a strong hydraulic shearing. During few production, it can exert homogenizing effect fully. 

5. Mightiness balance isotactic curve rotor is matched with stator with corresponding structure to realize liquid high-capability cut,rubbing,centrifugal to make sure exquisite and slick cream; boiler body and pipe surface mirror polishing
 
6. Customer can choose frequency conversion timing homogenizer and highest rotate speed is 2900 r/min
 

7. For the heating system and oil tank and water tank, the heating power is up to 8KW. The asbestos insulation system is installed outside of the external layer. It not only helps thermal reduction, also protect the operators being burned.

8. The oil tank and water tanks are equipped with rating stirring dispersion device 0.55KW, so that oil and water could be heated more quickly and evenly. 

9. Vacuum system is vacuum suction which applies Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump defoaming treatment (tap water can be recycled and cooling). It will increase homogenization effect.

10. The lid is with a light observation hole, which can keep control of the material emulsification situation in the kettle. There is a small material entrance, which is convenient to add special essence into the kettle.

11. Bottom material discharging is easy to operate. The finished materials can be directly moved into the filling and packing system. The materials can also be dumped out, which is easy to clean.

12. Control system is with digital time relay device, which can adjust the homogenizer speed and working time depending on the features of different products. Electric cabinet can get all controls for power, temperature display, controlling voltage, current, and frequency together. Therefore, the homogenization machine settings has a reasonable combination. The operation is easy to learn.

1.Apply some oil to the equipment to prevent rust from the weather during transportation.

2.Wrap the device with a winding film to prevent water vapor from contacting the device surface and causing rust.

3.Wrap foam paper around the corners of the teabag packing machine to prevent damage caused by bumping during transportation.

4.This machine is packed in export standard plywood boxes to prevent the equipment from bumping during transportation.
