Introduction:

LFP-150A capsule polisher has triple functions including capsule polishing, lifting and sorting, with its inlet able to be connected with any type of capsule filling machine and with its outlet able to be connected with the metal testing machine, weight testing machine and appearance inspection machine, realizing the online production mode of capsule filling, polishing, sorting and testing.

*Having triple functions including polishing, lifting and sorting, and reserving a height space for connecting subsequent devices.
*The inlet and outlet of the machine allowing 360-degree circumference adjustment to facilitate production, saving floor space.

*The capsule sorting device able to automatically select the capsules that have light content, empty shells, debris, and separation of body.
*The machine using the quick filling structure, providing the ease of removal and installation.

 

*The parts in contact with capsules (main shaft, polishing barrel, feeding port, discharging-port and the channel of sorter) using 316L material or a material complying with the requirements of modern pharmaceutical manufacturing.
*The spindle brush removable, for thorough cleaning. Machine cleaning having no dead ends, conforming to requirements.

After-sale Services

Installation

All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment , steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well . 
While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..

After Service

SINOPED provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period. We offer One YEARS warranty period time. 
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory . 
Consultant services all machine life.

Machinery quality assurance:
