Model SINO-60 soft gel encapsulation production line is the new model designed by our company through combining the technology and
characteristics of production. It is applicable mainly to small batch production. All the materials for the whole set of the equipment are well selected
to meet the GMP requirements, making it applicable for medical, food and cosmetic industries.
1. Stainless Steel Vacuum Stirring Tank (Model ZJ‐40)
The vacuum stirring tank can bear a certain positive and negative pressure. The tank body is consist of three layers structures between inner layer and middle layer, it is the heating medium layer. It can filled with hot water or steam and to heat the material inside the tank. Between middle and outside layer, it is high efficacy thermo material, so it doesn't influence the room temperature. The tank body is made of SUS304 and completely meets the GMP requirement. The structure is tight, stirring is stable & average and low noise. There is temperature meter on the tank body and it indicates the temperature inside the tank. There is vacuum device, add (exhaust) air device, material feeding device, watching glass light, safety valve and pressure gauge on the tank cover. The operation is safe and dependable.

2. Soft gel Encapsulation Main Machine (Model SINO‐60)
We made abbreviared design according to soft gel production processing technology, complete function.
The entire equipment is compact structure, covers an area of 0.6 m2
The whole equipment can be removed handly, applicable to varieties of laboratories.

3. Tumble Dryer(Model ZG‐2)
The dryer is manufactured according to the requirements of GMP. It is mainly used for shaping drying of capsules in the production line.

4. Tray Dryer with the trolley
Put the capsules after shape fixing onto the tray on the trolley, and push them to air drying room for drying and till the finished products got. Air drying room adopts horizontal air flow layers for air blowing. The room temperature controlled between 30ºC - 35ºC and humidity controlled below 25%, the capsules put in each tray shall be less than 2 layers. The first 2 hours turn over capsules 4-5 times. To guarantee the capsule's shape and appearance looks better. The air drying time 12-16 hours can make it completely dry.
