Description:
It is a packaging equipment which uses extruded and thermoplastic film or sheet as raw material to make container, and then vacuum and atmosphere seal with film or sheet after filling material. Suitable for packaging of food, commodities, medical equipment and other products, such as meat products, aquatic products, pastry, pasta, all kinds of cooked food, surgical clothing, syringes and so on. There is no need to customize the packing box in advance, which integrates the functions of film drawing molding, filling material, vacuum pumping and air conditioning, heat sealing, cutting and so on. It has the characteristics of convenience and rapidity, low energy consumption, short cycle and high benefit.


Main Features:

1.The mold is of more reasonable design upper and lower part is separated , high strength , corrosion resistance and convenient for assembly and disassembly.
2.Pcking machine frame is of aluminum alloy seactions ,one-step molding with high strength , corrosion resistance and seldom deformation .
3.Waste recycling system is equipped with torque adjistable motor , the scrap recycling process is more cleaner quieter and convenient.
4. The machine is equipped with electric protection to prevent default/anti phase, high/low voltage or electric leakage . Safety switch and protection cover are installed in molding chamber ,heat sealing chamber and cross /longitudinal cutting knife ,if there's any fault, 
the machine will be stopped automatically and the fault reason would be displayed.
