This production line is used for the filling & sealing for 1 ~ 20ml ampoules, and processes, including bottles water spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, water flushing, compressed air flushing, drying, sterilizing, cooling, previous nitrogen filling, the filling, post nitrogen filling and the sealing, etc. can be completed. With advanced design, reasonable structure and stable operation, the machine meets the GMP standard.
 

Features:

1. This line is applied for the ampoules washing, sterilizing, filling and sealing, etc. There are advantages of advanced design, reasonable structure, high automation, reliable operation and high efficiency, etc. All contact parts are made of AISI316L, and other parts are made of AISI304. The machine meets the FDA & new GMP standards.
2. This line is composed of the vertical ultrasonic washing machine, the sterilizing & drying machine, the filling machine and the sealing machine, and there are advantages of well cooperation, stepless speed regulating and correct control.
3. The working speed is fast, and the pass rate is high. It is convenient to maintain, and there is no impact, wrong operation, bottles damaging, etc.
4. There are safety protective devices, and operators and the machines are protected.
