Powder hopper

The screw powder filling system is controlled by a stepping motor, with fast filling speed and high precision.

Automatic film release station

 

When the turntable stops, a signal is sent, the film is sucked by the air nozzle, and released when it is sent to the mouth of the cup, realizing the automatic film releasing function. No film will be placed when there is no cup.

Sealing station

It is sealed by heating, and it will maintain a constant temperature when it is heated to the specified temperature.
