Product Features

11.There is a drip tank at the bottom of the filling head to prevent contamination from the dripping of the filling head, which is controlled by the air cylinder (this is optional)
12.One 60-L liquid storage cylinder is equipped, and the upper and lower floating balls in the liquid storage cylinder are controlled by the proximity switch + Angle seat valve for automatic feeding (the filling system of the liquid storage cylinder shall enter the filling state when the host power is turned on, and the filling system shall be in the closed state no matter how much liquid level is after the power is turned off).
13.The feeder equipped with the cap can store more caps, so that the cap can be replenished and manpower can be reduced,(When there is no cap in the cap sorter, it is necessary to give the signal to the feeder to replenish caps, the cap sorter is equipped with a proximity switch device to pass the signal to the feeder in time) (This is optional).
