The 2800B Type Fully Automatic Aerosol Filling Machine Production Line is manufactured by combining advanced technology with the development of the domestic aerosol filling industry. Renowned for its efficient and accurate performance, this machine can fill metal cans with a 1-inch diameter international standard and aluminum-type spray bottles, achieving an accuracy of ±1%.
The 2800B Fully Automatic Aerosol Filling Machine is widely used across various industries, including food, healthcare, sanitation, automobile, environmental protection, fire protection, and daily necessities. It is capable of filling products such as hair spray, air cleaning spray, health-care products, insecticides,, extinguishing agents, carburetor detergents, spray paint, gas lighters, foam, and other propellants.
*Liquid Filling Machine
The machine features four liquid filling stations, each equipped with an entry control damper to ensure it does not fill materials without empty cans. Each station has a maximum filling capacity of 450ML, totaling 1800ML across all four stations. Currently, based on the aerosol cans' maximum capacity of 750ML in our nation, the typical filling volume ranges from 300-500ML. When calculated at 200ML per can, the machine can fill approximately 3600 cans per hour, with the filling speed decreasing as the filling capacity increases. The four measuring cylinders allow for the simultaneous filling of three different or same liquids, maintaining a filling accuracy of ±1%.
*Gas Filling Machine
It consists of correct valves nozzle, one crimping head and 3 filling nozzles. The machine has option of no can no filling. Its max. Filling capacity is 600ml.These filling stations can three independent filling machines. The measuring cylinder of inflator is made of 304 stainless steel materials. The processing techniques and precision are the same as the measuring cylinder of filling liquid machine. The seal rings of inflator located in U-groove with stainless steel reeds inside. When seal rings are normally worn in long-term operation, the outer diameter of seal rings will automatically compensate due to the function of reeds. Therefore, the skeleton seal rings are corrosion-resistant, low temperature-resisting, wear-resistant and durable. These three station filling machines can fill three different gases at the same time, also fill same gas. They are convenient for adjustment and accurate measurement. The repeat inflation accuracy is ± 0.5%, higher than standard.
