Work process:
Normally the machine is completely working in full automation state. In the state of adjustment, you can separately adjust the single machine of the bottle separator, conveyor belt, valve adding machine, sealing machine and one-step filling machine. Either according to the sequence of processes, sequential adjustment, or take out one of the single machine specifically adjusted. When the single machine adjustment is completed, you can repeatedly try to do a cycle for verification, and then rest assured that the full automation.
The working process of the machine is as follows: the bottle unscrambler sends the empty bottles to the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt sends the empty cans to the rotating worktable - automatically add the aerosol can valve - seal the external grip valve - press in a precise amount of liquid medicine (the liquid medicine is sent by a double diaphragm pump and sent to the machine. When the machine is not filling, it flows into the configuration tank from the reflux port. At the moment of filling, the liquid inlet and outlet are closed, and then it is pumped into the aerosol can) - the conveyor belt sends the filled aerosol cans to the storage disk. Since the machine is controlled by a micro PLC computer, it has both a reasonable working process and a relatively complete protection function.
Normal machine operation means that every machine on the rotating table participates in the work.
