It can perform the filling for ointment, cream jellies or viscosity material, heating sealing, batch number embossing (include manufacture date) automatically. It's ideal semi automatic equipment for plastic tube and laminated tube filling and sealing for cosmetic,pharmacy,foodstuff and bond industries.It suitable for filling 5-250ml ointment, cream and jelly materials with a production speed of 10-30pcs/min. It automatically realizes filling, heating sealing and batch number/ production date embossing, widely used in cosmetic, food and bond industries.Adapt to plastic/laminated tubes with 13-50mm diameter and 50-210mm length, support customized upgrade of touch screen.

This machine adopts a stable semi-automatic structure with standard button control, and can be upgraded to touch screen control.It features simple operation and stable, low-noise running. The working status is reliable, ensuring long-term durable use and
easy daily operation.

It has a precise filling system to ensure accurate filling volume, suitable for materials of various viscosities. It supports 5–250ml filling range and is compatible with plastic/laminated tubes of 13–50mm diameter and 50–210mm length.

The heating sealing system provides firm and smooth sealing with good air tightness. It is equipped with an automatic embossing
device to clearly print production date and batch number synchronously during sealing.
