1. Product Overview

The CBPYX Series Aseptic Compounding & Sterilization System is a high-end automated compounding equipment developed by Wenzhou Chuangbang Machinery for the pharmaceutical, biomedical, clinical diagnostic reagent and other industries. It integrates aseptic compounding, sterilization-in-place (SIP), cleaning-in-place (CIP), automatic temperature control, and precise pressure/level control, fully complying with international pharmaceutical standards such as GMP and FDA. It provides a full-process automated solution for the production of sterile liquid preparations such as injections, large-volume parenterals, biological preparations, and diagnostic reagents.
The equipment is made of food-grade 316L stainless steel. From tank design, pipeline layout to control system, it strictly follows the hygienic requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. It can realize the automatic operation of the whole process of compounding, sterilization, conveying, filtration, etc., effectively avoiding the pollution risk caused by manual operation, greatly improving production efficiency and product qualification rate, and is the core front-end equipment for the production of sterile liquid preparations.

3.Core Functions & Features
 
  • Full-process Aseptic Control: Equipped with an online steam sterilization (SIP) system, it can perform 121ºC high-temperature sterilization on the whole process of tanks, pipelines, valves, etc. The sterilization temperature and time can be accurately set and automatically recorded to meet the requirements of sterile production; it is equipped with a cleaning-in-place (CIP) system, which can automatically complete the cleaning and disinfection inside the equipment without manual disassembly, ensuring production hygiene and safety.
  • Automated Intelligent Control: Adopting Siemens PLC + 10-inch high-definition touch screen control system, it can realize automatic adjustment and real-time monitoring of parameters such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, and stirring speed during the compounding process. It supports functions such as formula storage, data traceability, and alarm recording, with simple operation, reducing labor costs and avoiding human errors.
  • Hygienic Design & Material: All parts in contact with materials are made of imported 316L stainless steel, and the tank is mirror-polished (Ra≤0.4μm). The pipelines are connected with hygienic quick-fit connections, with no hygienic dead corners, complying with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical equipment; non-contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel, balancing durability and aesthetics.
  • Multi-functional Process Adaptation: According to different product process requirements, we can customize heating/cooling systems, stirring systems (magnetic stirring/mechanical stirring), filtration systems (microporous filters/sterilizing filters), weighing systems, etc., adapting to the compounding production of various liquid preparations such as injections, oral liquids, diagnostic reagents, and biological preparations.
  • Safety & Compliance Guarantee: The equipment is equipped with multiple safety protection devices such as pressure safety valves, over-temperature protection, and liquid level over-limit alarms. All pressure vessels are equipped with national qualification certificates, complying with national pressure vessel design and manufacturing standards; we can provide complete 3Q verification documents (IQ/OQ/PQ) and GMP certification documents to help customers pass domestic and foreign pharmaceutical production certifications.
  • Customized Flexible Design: Supports full-series customization from 50L laboratory pilot scale to 5000L large-scale production scale. According to customers' production site, process flow, and capacity requirements, we provide personalized equipment layout and configuration solutions to meet the differentiated needs of different customers.
