Main Features and application

 

1. The Universal pulverizer may be widely applied in industries, such as chemical and food,etc., for grinding of dry and fragile materials. Materials with low softening point and big viscosity are not appropriate for this machine.

 

2. Components of this machine which have contact with materials to be crushed are all made of stainless steel with good anti-corrosive property. The housing is in a full enclosure for the convenience of cleaning. The interior walls are all treated to achieve evenness and smoothness of the surface, thus to ensure production of such materials as , food and chemical in better conformity with the national "GMP" standard.

Working Principle:

Material is cut and crushed by high-speed rotating blade through screw conveyor. Material is transported into cyclone separator by negative pressure air transportation, and material is discharged. Dust is filtered and recovered by vacuum box through bag or filter barrel. No dust is flying in the production process.
