Semi Automatic Powder Filling Machine

This semi-automatic filling and packaging machine can complete metering, filling, and other tasks. Due to its unique design, it is particularly suitable for packaging easily flowing or extremely poorly flowing powdery or granular materials, such as veterinary drugs, powdered additives, toner, talcum powder, pesticides, and fragrances.

Specification

The entire machine exterior, except for the motor, is made of stainless steel; the suspended material bin can be easily disassembled and cleaned without tools.

It uses a servo motor to control the screw, offering advantages such as high precision, high speed, high torque, and long service life. The packaging weight is infinitely adjustable at any time, and the working state can be changed arbitrarily, making operation convenient. Designed with weighing feedback and specific gravity tracking, it overcomes the disadvantage of packaging weight changes caused by variations in material specific gravity.

By changing the screw attachments, it can adapt to various materials from ultrafine powders to small particles.

For materials with good flowability, a centrifugal device can be added to the outlet to ensure accuracy; for materials with high dust content, a dust suction device can be added to the outlet to remove backflow dust.
