Fluid Bed Drying Equipment is suitable for drying for powder.
 

The principle of action is based on: Put the raw material into the fluid bed. The cold air is drawn into the fluid bed through the
pre filters and passes through the heating chamber behind the main machine, heated to the desired temperature by the heater.

 

The material is fluidized in the fluid bed regularly . The evaporating moisture is drawn out by the fan.

Production Process Flow For The Newly-Designed Solid Dosage Production Line

FLG=GHL+GZL+FG+NTF+LD+HTD

After weighing, the materials are inhaled into GHL High Speed Wet Mixing Machine through Vacuum Feeder, at the same time,the adhesive from the liquid adding tank is atomized into the GHL Mixer by spray gun,then mixing with fine powder and become soft wet material.

By the force of the cutting knife,the soft wet material through the GZL Wet Mill,the material will become uniform.

 

Then enters the FG Vertical Fluid Bed Dryer to be dried by the vacuum negative pressure .the dried material will discharge out by the vacuum discharger.

 

The dried material will be established the size through the NTF Dry Mill . After that, the qualified and dried material will through LD Lifting enter the HTD Hopper Mixer for general mixing by the vacuum discharger then they can continue other processes.
