Leaflets transfering:

By the motor and the overload protector, the power is transferred to the main shaft, and then the leaflets folding machine, the leaflets conveyor, the boxes conveyor, the pusher, the sealing unit and the final-product conveyor can be driven.

When a piece of leaflet at the bottom of the paper magazine is touched by the sucking rod, it will be sucked and folded. After the folding, it is pulled out, and is sent to the AB turning roller. And then ist is sent to the first folding.

The leaflets feeder is between the paper folding unit and the conveyor. In the leaflets feeder, there are two sets of paper feeding belts and a paper baffled board. When the outside surface of the belt and the inside surface of the belt are closed, the leaflet is clamped, and then is sent to the channel. After the leaflet goes through the channel, the leaflet is sent to the conveyor, where it is clamped by the clamp. The leaf will be blocked by the baffle board.
