This series of vertical round bottle labeling machines is ideal for labeling round bottles in the pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, and other light industrial industries. It can apply labels to the entire circumference and half the circumference.

This machine features advanced functions, simple operation, and a compact structure. It adopts photoelectric detection, PLC control, and touch-screen software operation. The conveyor belt, bottle separating rollers, and bottle winding belt are all infinitely speed-adjustable, offering advantages such as accurate labeling and high precision. It also features functions such as no labeling without a product and automatic alarm for missing labels.

This machine can be used as a standalone unit or combined with other equipment manufactured by our company to form a complete bottling production line.

* German Siemens touchscreen display: easy to operate and provides clear parameter display.

* Employs Keyence (Japan) object-sensing photoelectric sensor for higher object detection sensitivity.

* Uses Taiwan-made label photoelectric sensor for high sensitivity.

* The equipment uses a servo label dispensing motor for stable performance and high labeling accuracy.

* Uses a dedicated servo motor driver matched with the servo feed motor for distortion-free signal.

* Label feeding buffer device ensures labels are not pulled off during operation.

Workflow:

Place products (can be connected to an assembly line) → Product conveying (automatically implemented by the equipment) → Product spacing → Product inspection → Labeling → Relabeling → Collection of labeled products.

After-sale Services

Installation:

All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment , steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well . 
While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..

After Service:

SINOPED provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period. We offer One YEARS warranty period time. 
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory .
