Product Description

Product structure:

1. This machine is made of 304-2B stainless steel plate and comes with a material warranty.

2. The structure of this machine is divided into two parts, namely the ultrasonic coarse washing part and the pure water fine washing air flushing part. There is an anti interference partition between the coarse and fine washing areas, and the entire working process is automatically completed.
3. By replacing needle plates, specialized bottle trays, etc., specifications can be quickly changed, making it suitable for
ampoules, penicillin bottles, and oral use Multipurpose needs such as liquid bottles.

4. This machine is equipped with an internal water circulation filtration system, which can be organically combined with an external water supply filtration system to ensure no pollution during the cleaning process. After the fine washing is completed, the injection water is supplied for rough washing through the internal circulation filtration system (or purified water can be directly injected into the rough washing without this function, equipped with independent injection water, purified water, clean compressed air, and overflow and drainage interfaces), greatly improving the efficiency of injection water use and saving water.
