working principle |
The 12-station turntable adopts integral processing to achieve compact structure, no splicing gap, good sealing, easy to disassemble and easy to maintain, and the upper and lower modules move independently (the lower mold performs horizontal telescopic movement, and the upper mold performs vertical lifting movement) ) The fixed bracket shaft seal of the upper and lower modules adopts oil-repelling and dust-proof double lip dust rings. It achieves no noise, small size, small load, and high-precision fully enclosed rotary table, which is maintenance-free and maintenance-free within three years
Liquid filling and filling mechanism adopts high-precision ceramic pump, and the measurement accuracy is ±2%. Driven by servo, the metering is digitally adjusted, and the metering adjustment is simple and convenient.
The turntable connecting mechanism adopts modular design, which is easy to clean and replace molds.
Optical fiber sensing has high-speed transmission capability, high sensitivity, no interference from magnetic field noise, and long service life. During the production process, the equipment can quickly detect whether the hollow capsules are normally separated. If there are abnormal and unseparated hollow capsules, the optical fiber system will transmit the collected data to the liquid filling station and the rejecting station after detection, and the equipment will run to the liquid filling station. Station, according to the data analysis of the optical fiber detection system, the liquid filling station stops adding liquid, the equipment runs to the rejecting station, and abnormal unseparated hollow capsules are removed, ensuring the stability of the equipment in the production process.
The capsule introduction mechanism has automatic capsule guidance, optical fiber detection inside the capsule storage plate, high and low positions of the capsule to control the speed synchronization function of the main machine and auxiliary machine in real time.
