Product Description

Equipment Introduction 

This machine is mainly suitable for electrostatic cleaning of the interiors of round bottles made of various materials. An ion air needle is inserted into the inverted bottle mouth by 35mm, and the bottle is rinsed with ion air to meet the production process requirements.

1. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel and fully complies with GMP requirements.
2. All electrical and pneumatic controls are in accordance with international standards. The main components are imported, and the auxiliary components are high-quality domestic products. Variable frequency speed regulation is adopted, and the operating speed is continuously adjustable.
3. When the machine is turned on, the exhaust fan operates, and the standard exhaust volume is controlled at 110m ³ /h (assuming the cross-sectional area of the air-blowing section is 400*150mm). Medium-pressure fans need to be considered, with an exhaust volume of 150 to 250m ³ /h. Install a dust removal hood that is easy to disassemble for cleaning.
 4. During the rinsing stage, insert the ionizing air needle into the inverted bottom of the bottle and rinse it with ionizing air for more than 3 seconds first to ensure the rinsing effect. Before the air inlet of the exhaust fan, a primary filter screen and bag that can be quickly removed are installed. The exhaust air is connected to the exhaust box in the technical mezzanine through the air duct.
 5. It is necessary to ensure that the exhaust fan is definitely working when the ion air is in operation.
