The belt dryer is mainly composed of the overall frame, transmission system, heating system, circulation and dehumidification system, online cleaning and scraping system, maintenance platform, PLC control system, etc.
Belt dryer is a drying equipment that uses stainless steel mesh as a conveyor belt to carry materials for continuous drying. Since the conveyor belt is mesh-shaped, it is most suitable for drying regular or irregular lumps. This machine can be used in conjunction with other equipment or alone. This equipment can be widely used for drying large quantities of materials such as roots, stems, leaves, food vegetables, and tea.

Circulating Air Method:
1. The hot air circulation method adopts the bottom vertical cross-flow structure and the split flow method. Compared with the
single-layer penetration design of its peers, its wind speed is higher, the number of cycles per unit time is greater, and the
drying efficiency is also higher. According to feedback from customers, under the same materials, temperature, and time, the
drying efficiency of vertical cross-flow at the bottom is 25% higher than that of single-layer penetration by the same industry.
2. The bottom plate of the main unit is arched upward to guide the hot air upward.

Dry body:
The main frame is all welded with stainless steel 80mm square tube. In the same industry, carbon steel is generally used and spray-painted to prevent rust. The drying working environment is high temperature and high humidity. The paint contains harmful gases such as formaldehyde and benzene, which will volatilize and contaminate materials at high temperatures. At the same time, the overall equipment will not meet the latest GMP standards, which will affect the customer's later GMP certification.
Fully open sealed thermal insulation door:
Inner tank design insulation thickness 80mm Multi-angle door-opening design facilitates observation, cleaning, maintenance, etc.
Circulation fan
1. The circulation fan is staggered in structure design to reduce cold spots inside the dryer and make the temperature inside the dryer even. 2. Other companies have a drying length of 2m per unit, while ours is 1.65m. Under the same drying length, there are more drying units, fewer cold spots, better temperature uniformity, and higher efficiency.
The heat exchanger is placed above (side):
It solves the problem that in the past, when the heat exchanger was placed at the bottom, the chips (powder) entered the inside of the heat exchange fins and could not be cleaned.
Cooling section (optional according to the situation):
The rear end of the equipment is equipped with a 2-meter-long cooling section, which is a first-level cooling. Cooperating with the discharging cooling conveyor, the finished materials can achieve better cooling effect.
The bottom plates of the equipment are all fully welded to prevent water leakage.
The sewage from the clean water flushing heat exchanger flows into the bottom plate through the bottom R arc plate and is cleaned out by the automatic sweeping system.
