Introduction:


The uphill tablet deduster machine is a newly designed model with dual functions of tablet dust removal and lifting. The machine inlet
 connects to any type of tablet press, while the outlet can be connected to a metal detector, enabling a combined production mode of
 tablet dust removal/lifting and metal detection.

 

Features:

1.The working chamber/drive chamber is completely isolated from the control chamber, preventing dust contamination of the vibration

 mechanism and electrical control system;

2. All parts in contact with the medication are made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring thorough cleaning and meeting cGMP requirements;

3. A new drive unit design makes the machine safer, smoother, and quieter;

4. Stable production efficiency, capable of mass production of tablets of various shapes from 3-25mm;

5. The sieve body and outer cover feature a quick-release design, making disassembly and assembly faster.

After-sale Services

Installation

All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment , steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well . 
While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..

After Service

SINOPED provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period. We offer One YEARS warranty period time. 
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory .
