NYF-600 fully automatic hard capsule filling liquid filling and sealing linkage line equipment is a hard capsule filling liquid sealing linkage line equipment independently developed, designed and produced by our company based on its own capsule filling technology for many years. It has exclusive independent intellectual property rights and a number of technical invention patents. The equipment can complete the filling of hard capsules (solutions, suspensions, microemulsions or hot solutions) and the sealing of capsule caps, so that the contents of the capsules remain sealed during packaging, transportation and use, improving the stability and safety of the product, providing a new way of drug administration, and improving the drug administration problems of many drugs. It fills the gap in the hard capsule filling liquid sealing technology in the domestic and foreign pharmaceutical and health care product industries, and is also a boon for many pharmaceutical companies and health care product factories in the development of some (highly active drugs, poorly soluble drugs) preparation products.
TThe filling mechanism uses a high-precision ceramic pump and a servo motor metering system to control the difference in the liquid in the capsule to about ±2%.
The rotary capsule discharging mechanism uses the mold turntable and the capsule discharging turntable to work synchronously to ensure that the capsules in each group of mold holes are evenly and orderly transferred into the capsule.
Fiber optic sensing can realize non-contact detection due to its fast response speed, high accuracy, high resolution and good reliability. The equipment can quickly detect whether the hollow capsules are separated normally during the production process. If the hollow capsules are not separated normally, the fiber optic detection system will send the collected data to the filling station and the kicking station. The equipment will run to the filling station. According to the data analysis of the fiber optic detection system, the filling station stops adding liquid, and the equipment runs to the kicking station to remove the abnormal unseparated hollow capsules, ensuring the stability of the equipment during the production process.
The capsule introduction mechanism has the functions of automatic capsule guidance, optical fiber detection in the capsule tray, real-time control of capsule high and low position, and synchronization of the speed of the main machine and the auxiliary machine; the lifting and sealing glue tray adopts a servo motor control system, which seals the glue storage and effectively prevents the glue from volatilizing in the air. There is no insulation device inside, and the temperature is adjustable to make the glue reach the best sealing state; the double-rubber wheel secondary gluing technology is adopted to improve the complete sealing effect of the sealing part
After the sealing is completed, the capsule is introduced into the drying mold. During the air drying and curing process, the capsule in the free-hanging dry mold hole is always facing up and making a serpentine reciprocating motion. At the same time, it is also easy to disassemble when changing mold specifications and cleaning. There are 12 equidistant limit rings in the finished product discharge bin. When the dry mold moves to the limit ring, the free hanging type is changed to a fixed clamp type, so that each unit dry mold rotates 360 degrees, and the finished product is output to the discharge bin. Six air blowing pipes are added to prevent the finished product from being retained in the mold.
