Disc Stack Centrifuge with self cleaning:

Disc separator can complete two operations: liquid-solid separation (low concentration slurry separation), said clarifying operation; liquid-liquid (or liquid-liquid-solid) separation (emulsion separation), said separating operation.
Disc separator with its compact, small footprint, high production capacity and other characteristics, is widely used in chemical, light industry, food, biological engineering, and transportation.

DHY/DRY model is suitable for emulsion and solid content of 1-5% emulsion's liquid-liquid-solid separation, such as fuel oil,lubricating oil regeneration, latex separation, nitroglycerine, benzoic acid (amine), gums, extraction of tetracycline, penicillin,bacteria, alkaloids, dairy separation, vegetable oil refining.

DHC/DND model is suitable for solid content of 1-15%, solid particles diameter is larger than 0.5 microns suspension liquid-solid.

For example oil: vegetable oils, animal oils, fish oils, emulsifiable  concentrates oil, various fuel, lubricating oil separation,clarification, clarified milk; Food: fruit juice clarification, separation of beer; fermented products in the separation, clarification;

Pharmaceuticals: Vaccine mycelium, glucose, insulin, antibiotics, vitamins, molasses II wire. Extract light lye;
Chemicals: Dry cleaning solvent used, galvanized liquid, aluminum sulfate solution, tar and water mixture, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene,silver (film processing) and magnetite catalyst and the recycling.
