Brief introduction:

On the basis of CFK-1500C capsule filling machine, CFK-2500C automatic capsule filling machine is developed. There are advantages of beautiful appearance, stable operation, low noise, convenient operation and excellent performances.
 

 

 

1. Features:
   1. The high-precision RU110 dividing box ensures the stable operation & the service life.
   2. Those drive cams in all stations are innovated, the inner-groove wheels are made of special high-quality steel, are anti-wearing, and they can work stably.
   3. Instead of traditional filling & transmission mechanism, the inner-convex wheel is adopted, the filling force is strong, and the operation is stable and quiet.
   4. For the upper die, two shafts have the up-and-down circular motion. For the lower die, two shafts have the in-and-out circular motion. Imported silicon-rubber sealing rings are used, the problem of powder taking caused by the moving shafts are solved, the working is stable, and the precision is high.
   5. Shafts in upper/ lower dies are fixed by the pressing covers, and it's convenient to dismantle or clean. If the sealing ring needs to be exchanged, there is no need to open the turntable. The service life of the turntable is long.
   6. Take the bottom surface of the metering panel as the basis, 3-D regulating unit is used, and there is no out of shape for the metering panel & the copper pallet. The interval is even, powder leaking is less, it's convenient to clean, and the filling volume is ensured.
   7. There is the external capsules control switch, and it is safer and more convenient.
   8. There is the inching control system, and the production and cleaning is humanized.
   9. The modularized closed-type powder filling unit is easy to dismantle and clean.
   10. There is the automatic-timing fueling system.
   11. The powder feeder is composed of two-section hopper and the fast clamp, its structure is compact, and it's convenient to dismantle and clean.
   12. When the capsules are being locked, the capsules cleaning block begin to work, and those fine dust can be cleaned.

The dies cleaning & blowing unit is used to clean the powder which are remained on the dies' surface or in the compartment, the problem that some capsules are difficult to be separated is solved, and the capsules feeding rate is increased greatly.
