Introduction 

The structure is advanced, and the PLC touch screen control system is adopted. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, simple and convenient operation, etc. The feeding method adopts a vibration-type aligning feeding mechanism, and is equipped with a photoelectric monitoring device to automatically control the feeding. The number of punching plates can be freely set. The feeding, unloading, heat sealing, cutting, batch numbering, punching, counting and other processes are all completed automatically, and can reach high-speed operation. It is widely used in soft double aluminum packaging of various tablets and capsules in the pharmaceutical and health care products industry, and various tablet-like electronic components in the electronics industry. It can achieve good sealing and light-proof effects, greatly extend the shelf life of the product, and is easy to carry. 


Main features

1. The equipment shell is welded with 304# stainless steel plate, which is beautiful and practical.
2. The whole machine adopts a PLC touch screen control system. The number of punching and cutting plates can be freely set and adjusted on the touch screen. There is no need to worry about the trouble of frequently replacing multiple gears and cams due to changes in packaging specifications and varieties.
3. The temperature of the heat-sealing roller die is controlled by an analog temperature module, and the temperature is measured by an advanced K-type temperature probe to ensure that the surface temperature of the heat-sealing roller die is stable and reliable, so as to improve the sealing performance of the heat-sealed medicine plate.
4. The host adopts variable speed inverter, the equipment runs stably and reliably, the transmission structure is simple and maintenance is convenient
